"Service" refers to the Website and our products, including Bounce (also referred to as MonkeBounce), our mobile vertical platformer game. All references to the Service in this Privacy Policy apply to Bounce, our website, and related products.

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including:

• Email address (if you submit it).
• Wallet address and wallet name service input (for example, .sol, .skr, .monke).
• Discord IDs (if linked), and crash/error logs.
• Device identifiers: app-generated device IDs used for analytics, fraud prevention, and session persistence (including before wallet connection).
• Gameplay and progress data: high scores, bananas earned, total play time, games played, daily streaks, loot box purchases, referral activity, and Season Pass participation and scores.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include browser type, pages visited, timestamps, request diagnostics, and technical analytics metadata.

When you use Bounce (our mobile game), we may collect:

• App-generated device IDs.
• Session and gameplay metrics (scores, play time, games played).
• Wallet-linked data when you connect (wallet address, transaction history, in-game purchases).
• Season Pass participation and competitive scores.

Bounce uses your device's accelerometer for tilt-based controls. Tilt data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to host and operate the Service, including:

• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection and abuse prevention).
• Helius (blockchain indexing and Solana RPC).
• Expo / EAS (mobile app builds and updates).
• Sentry (crash and error logging).

Authentication via Wallet Signature

When you use Bounce with a connected wallet, we may ask you to sign a one-time message (e.g., "Sign this one time message to securely use Bounce") to authenticate your identity. This is not a blockchain transaction and does not incur gas fees. We use the signature only to verify that you control the wallet and to secure your access to the Service. Signature data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as required by law, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and contract enforcement.

• Device identifiers and session data: 12 to 24 months.
• Season Pass participation, scores, and payout records: retained as needed for prizes and compliance.
• Referral codes and referral-related wallet data: 12 to 24 months.
