Bounce-Specific Terms

In-Game Currency and Rewards

Bananas

Bananas are an in-game currency used only within Bounce. They are not cryptocurrencies, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets outside the game.

Loot Boxes

Loot boxes in Bounce may be purchased using SOL or Bananas. Contents are determined by chance. Purchases are final. On-Chain Art Club LLC makes no guarantees about the value, rarity, or utility of any rewards. Digital rewards (including NFTs) are provided as-is.

Cosmetics and Achievements

Cosmetics, achievements (including Bounce Merit NFTs), and other in-game rewards have no guaranteed market value and may become worthless.

Season Pass

The Season Pass is a paid competitive feature. Participation requires a SOL payment. Prize pool payouts are made on-chain at the Company's discretion based on leaderboard rankings and eligibility rules. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel seasons. Decisions regarding payouts and disqualifications are final.

Wallet Connection and On-Chain Transactions

Connecting your wallet and conducting on-chain transactions (including loot box purchases, Season Pass purchases, and NFT transfers) in Bounce is done at your own risk. You are responsible for gas fees, transaction errors, and any resulting losses. The Company is not liable for wallet compromise, phishing, user error, or losses arising from blockchain transactions.

Mobile App and Device Data

Bounce uses device identifiers for analytics and security. For gameplay, Bounce uses your device's accelerometer; tilt data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers. Use of these features is at your discretion.

Beta Testing

Beta versions of Bounce are provided for testing purposes. Features, data handling, and availability may change before general release. Beta users may experience bugs, data loss, or service interruptions.
